Two Pieces of Meaders Stoneware, Cleveland, GA, circa 1975, an alkaline-glazed plate, incised on underside "Lanier Meaders," and an alkaline-glazed vase, attributed to Edwin Meaders. Provenance: Collection of Dr. John A. Burrison, Atlanta, GA; on loan to the Atlanta History Center, Atlanta, GA since 1981. Both in excellent, essentially as-made condition. Diam. (of plate) 9 1/2" ; H (of vase) 6 5/8".
