Rare Glazed Redware Handleless Cup, Alamance County, NC origin, 19th century, with footed base and flared opening, the entire surface covered in a clear lead glaze. A 2 5/8" area of wear to rim. Unusual form. A 2 5/8" area of shallow wear along top of rim. Other minor wear to rim. A small flake to shoulder. H 3 1/8" ; Diam. 4 7/8".
