Four Pottery Washboards, American, late 19th or early 20th century, all with wooden frames, the largest in cobalt-decorated yellowware, a smaller example in manganese-decorated yellowware; another smaller example in manganese-decorated redware; and the smallest example in manganese-decorated redware. Largest with small chips. Yellowware example with minor chips. Larger redware example with whitish residue to underside, an in-the-firing ping to underside, and minor chips to front. Smallest with minor chips. Wooden frames in very good to excellent condition. Dimensions (of largest, including frame): 22 1/2" x 12 7/8" ; Dimensions (of smallest, including frame): 13 1/2" x 6 7/8".
