Three Pieces of Stoneware, American, 19th century, an Albany-slip-glazed jug with incised inscription, "E L Anderson / Distilling Co / Newport Ky."; an Albany-slip-glazed canning jug, stamped "COWDEN & WILCOX / HARRISBURG, PA"; and a one-gallon cake crock, stamped "NEW YORK / STONEWARE CO." KY jug with very minor wear to shoulder molding and some small traces of paint to surface. Cowden & Wilcox jug with horizontal crack through handle, two chips to interior of spout, a minor base chip on reverse, and a small chip to underside at edge. New York Stoneware Co. with three hairlines from rim, the longest measuring 3" long on reverse along with a tiny chip to underside at edge. H 8 1/4".
