One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Bird Decoration, Stamped "G.W. FULPER & BROS. / FLEMINGTON, N.J.," circa 1880, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, flattened rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a crested bird perched on a stylized branch. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark and capacity mark. Excellent condition with a small chip and tiny nick to interior of rim.
