Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "B.C. MILBURN", Alexandria, VA origin, circa 1855, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated on the front with a two-stemmed flowering plant design and on the reverse with a series of graduated swags. Desirable size. Excellent condition with a few minor base and rim chips. H 7 1/2".
