Shenandoah Valley Glazed Redware Flowerpot, attributed to Anthony Baecher, Thurmont, MD origin, circa 1875, tapered flowerpot with tooled shoulder and crimped rim, decorated with a splashed manganese and traces of cream-colored slip under a clear lead glaze. A 1 1/8" base chip. Chips and wear to rim. Two small glaze flakes to body and a minuscule glaze flake to body. H 5 5/8".
