Rare Large-Sized Redware Bowl, Stamped "F.T. WRIGHT & SON / STONE WARE / TAUNTON, MASS.", circa 1875, tapered bowl or pan with flattened rim, the interior covered in a clear lead glaze. Base of bowl impressed with F.T. Wright maker's mark. Exceptional size. The first example of signed redware that we have offered from this prolific Massachusetts stoneware producer. Minor surface wear to interior base. Large rim chips. H 5 5/8" ; Diameter 19 1/8".
