Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Vine Decoration, Stamped "S.D. KELLOGG. / WHATELY", MA origin. circa 1851-1853, cylindrical jug with squared spout, decorated with an artistic slip-trailed design of a splayed vine with scrolled ends. Excellent, essentially as-made condition.
