Miniature Anna Pottery Stoneware Jug, Inscribed "Sequel / to the / Little Brown / Jug / 89", Wallace and Cornwall Kirkpatrick, Anna, IL, 1889, cylindrical jug with tooled spout and Albany-slip-glazed surface, inscribed "Sequel / to the / Little Brown / Jug / 89". Provenance: A recently-surfaced example, which descended in the family of Cornwall Kirkpatrick. A 5/8" spout chip. A minor nick to bottom edge. A small chip to lower handle terminal. H 3 1/2".
