Scarce Redware Jar, Stamped "J. FEEG", Joseph Feeg, Womelsdorf, PA, third quarter 19th century, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and semi-rounded rim, the interior covered in a lead glaze. Underside impressed "J. FEEG" beside an incised "3". A very tight, circular surface line on underside, not visible on interior, which continues 1 1/2" up base of jar. Some minor glaze wear to interior base. H 6".
