Two Remmey, Philadelphia, PA Stoneware Jars, circa 1865, a one-quart jar with cobalt foliate decoration, attributed to Henry H. Remmey or Richard C. Remmey, paired with a one-gallon jar with cobalt foliate decoration, stamped "R.C.R. / PHILA.". Provenance: David Musser Collection. One-quart jar in excellent condition with some water glass staining to interior. One-gallon jar in excellent, essentially as-made condition. H (of one-quart jar) 6 3/4".
