Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Bird Decoration, Stamped "G.W. FULPER & BROS., / FLEMINGTON. N. J.", circa 1880, cylindrical jug with tooled spout, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a fat-bodied bird perched on a stylized branch. Light cobalt highlights to maker's mark and capacity mark. Two spout chips. A minor spot of fry to end of tail.
