Autographed Copy of The Shenandoah Pottery by Alvin H. Rice and John Baer Stoudt, 1929, first edition, hardbound 277 page discussing Shenandoah Valley stoneware and redware and its potters. Signed in ink, "To Rudolph P. Hommel / a true friend / A.H. Rice / April 12- 1930". Includes black-and-white and color plates. Wear and a small tear to binding. Used copy with light foxing to some pages. A small bend to bottom right corner of binding, along with a corresponding small, stained bend to corner of first three pages.
