Two Pieces of Utilitarian Pottery, American, late 19th or early 20th century, a ten-gallon barrel-form cooler with light-blue glaze and relief decoration of a woman at a well on the front and a large flower bouquet on the reverse, the underside marked with a number 10 within a crown, attributed to Robinson Clay Products Company, Akron, Ohio; paired with a semi-ovoid jar with tab handles and dark-brown alkaline glaze, marked "3" on both sides, Southeastern U.S. origin. Cooler with a 4" hairline from rim, minor nicks to seam lines, and a long glazed-over separation line to interior. Three-gallon Southern jar with a crack from rim on one side passing through a small patched hole. H (of cooler) 17".
