Glazed Redware Sugar Bowl, Mid-Atlantic origin, 19th century, ovoid form with tooled body and flattened rim, fitted with its original domed lid with rounded finial. Surface covered in a dark-brown lead-and-manganese glaze. Bowl and lid in excellent, essentially as-made condition. H (to top of lid) 3 3/4".
