Unusual Large-Sized Stoneware House Bank, probably Midwestern U.S. origin, late 19th century, molded in the form of a house with Bristol slip surface and cobalt highlights. Two carved slots on left side of house's front. Border with original holes allows the bank to be screwed to a wall. Recessed top to bank allows serves as a holder of some sort. Large horizontal opening in reverse. Excellent overall condition. H 8 1/4" ; L 8 1/2".
