Fine Rustic Sewertile Lamp with Squirrels, Incised "RLW", Robert L. Wilson, Uhrichsville, OH, circa 1925, featuring a heavily-incised tree and stump with molded and applied figures of feeding squirrels, all atop a rectangular base. Incised "RLW" in large letters on underside. Provenance: From a recently-surfaced collection of sewertile amassed during the 1960s and 1970s, many purchased directly from the potters themselves. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. Lamp wire damaged. L 9 3/8" ; W 4 7/8" ; H (to top of tree) 12".
