Stoneware Butter Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1875, cylindrical crock with heavily-tooled shoulder, decorated with a series of brushed tulips around the body. Two small, shallow in-the-firing rim chips. A faint 2" hairline on underside, continuing 2" up side of crock.
