Two Pieces of Baltimore, MD Stoneware, circa 1870, a half-gallon jar decorated with six tulip blossoms around the shoulder, paired with a lid decorated with cobalt daubs around the border and circular petals around the knob. Jar with shallow in-the-firing chipping to base and a small in-the-firing chip to midsection. Lid with a 1 3/4" chip to edge and two chips to flange on underside.
