One-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, probably Macquoid or Lehman, New York City origin, circa 1860-1870, cylindrical crock with semi-rounded rim and applied lug handles, decorated with a split-stemmed flowering plant design bearing tulip and fan-shaped blossoms. A shallow 1 1/4" chip to one handle. Chipping to opposite handle. An iron ping near base on side of crock. Two tiny rim nicks.
