Tanware Pitcher with Stenciled Albany Slip Wheat Decoration, Western PA origin, circa 1875, ovoid-bodied pitcher with tall collar and heavily-tooled rim, decorated around the body with five stenciled wheat designs emanating from a scrolled motif. Wear to spout and a small chip on interior of rim. Otherwise excellent condition. H 7 1/2".
