Unusual Glazed Pottery Bust of an African-American, Signed "Ives," probably American, 20th century, composed of orange-and-white scroddled clay, the sculpture hand-modeled in the form of an African-American male with impressed circular eyes, the surface covered in a heavy blackish glaze with green accents. Incised in script on underside "Ives". Excellent condition. H 9".
