Redware Charger with Profuse Three-Color Slip Decoration, Berks County, PA origin, early to mid 19th century, decorated with wavy bands of yellow and brown slip flanking a central band, with wavy green stripe through the center and green flourishes to the outer bands. Impressed "10" and incised with an "X" on reverse. Excellent size and decoration. Two large pieces reglued at rim, measuring a total of 8 1/4", with some small chips along crack line. Rim chips. Wear to interior. D 13 3/8".
