Ten-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Elaborate Cobalt Apple and Tornado Decorations, Ohio origin, circa 1875, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a freehand "10" surrounded by tornado, leaf, and apple designs. Excellent size with desirable Ohio motifs. Excellent condition with a 1 1/8" chip to one handle and a 1 1/4" chip to opposite handle.
