Three Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated New York State Stoneware, second half 19th century, a four-gallon jug with intricate slip-trailed floral design, stamped "C. HART / OGDENSBURGH"; a two-gallon jug with stylized slip-trailed vine design, stamped "S. HART & SON. / FULTON"; and a one-gallon jug with stylized foliate design, stamped "S. HART," Fulton, NY origin. C. Hart jug with fry to cobalt, a few shallow spout chips, a few base chip, and significant flaking to body, primarily on reverse. S. Hart & Son jug with glazed-over spout chip, some light fry to cobalt, and some in-the-firing discoloration to front and reverse. S. Hart one-gallon jug with a spout chip, some staining and drips of old paint, and a very faint spider line on underside.
