Three Pieces of Utilitarian Pottery, American, 19th century, a lead-and-manganese-glazed redware cake mold, incised "8" on underside, probably PA origin, fourth quarter 19th century; a one-gallon jug with cobalt foliate design, Northeastern U.S. origin; and a two-gallon crock with stylized floral design, stamped "FRANK B. NORTON / WORCESTER, MASS.". Mold with two restored rim chips and some restoration to tip of tube. Jug with reglued handle and a spout chip. Crock with 1 1/2" surface flake at base on reverse, other flaking to side and reverse, a few small flakes to front, 5" crack from rim on front, a 3 1/2" crack from rim on reverse, a few flakes to rim, a short line in rim, a small base chip, a short glazed-over line at base on reverse, staining, and some fry to cobalt.
