One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "LYONS," Thompson Harrington, Lyons, NY, circa 1860, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder, flared rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a brushed stem bearing four blossoms. Brushed "1" to left of decoration. A few small base chips. A glazed-over base flake. Two minor adjacent rim chips. Two glazed-over rim chips. Flecks of old paint to surface, not related to any sort of restoration.
