Glazed Redware Figure of a Spaniel, Pennsylvania origin, second half 19th century, molded figure of a spaniel seated on an octagonal base, the surface decorated with heavy manganese daubs and covered in a clear lead glaze. Base broken and reglued. Some damage around vent hole on underside. Small hole to left side of collar. Spots of glaze loss to face and body. H 7 3/4".
