Two Glazed Redware Jugs, American, 19th century, one with tooled shoulder, footed base, and lead-glazed surface over a mottled green and orange, the underside with the later carved inscription, "M F F / JULY / 1861," the other with squat form and footed base, covered in a lead-and-manganese glaze. Inscribed jug with base chips, a chip and some wear to handle, a chip to interior of spout, and wear to spout. Other jug in excellent condition. H (of larger jug) 7".
