Two-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, Ohio origin, circa 1875, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder and large, semi-rounded rim, decorated with two large brushed leaves flanked a script "2" and a tulip blossom. Excellent color and decoration. Thin 3" crack on underside with some very faint hairlines extending from it on underside. This crack continues 1 1/2" up base of crock and forms a "Y", which extends 8 1/2" horizontally. Some light surface wear.
