Scarce Miniature Stoneware Jug with Spotted Cobalt Decoration, Midwestern origin, fourth quarter 19th century, miniature ovoid jug with short wide spout and applied handle, decorated with slip-trailed cobalt spots around the shoulder and cobalt highlights at the handle terminals. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a miniscule base nick. H 3".
