One-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Western PA origin, circa 1860, semi-ovoid jar with tooled shoulder and flattened rim, decorated with a wavy vine bearing three fuchsia blossoms. A nicely-decorated example. Rim chips, the largest measuring 1 1/4". Otherwise excellent condition.
