Two Redware Jars, including one Signed John Bell Example, American, 19th century, a one-gallon ovoid jar with glazed interior, impressed on shoulder "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO" and incised "3" on underside, paired with a smaller jar with rounded rim, heavily-tooled shoulder, and glazed interior. Bell jar with cracks on underside, extending onto base, as well as a few rim chips and some glaze wear to interior base. Other jar with cracks and a shallow rim chip. H (of Bell jar) 8 3/8".
