Rare Miniature Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, NY State or New England origin, possibly F.B. Norton, Worcester, Mass., circa 1870, cylindrical jug with semi-squared rim, featuring a slip-trailed and lightly-incised crossed leaf design accented with cobalt spots. This jug is possibly the work of Frank B. Norton of Worcester, Massachusetts, as a crossed leaf motif was frequently employed at his pottery. Shallow wear to base. Iron spot to base. H 3 1/4".
