Two-Sided "Nancy Sweezy Day" Stoneware Face Jug, Signed "Cleater and Billie Meaders 1994," GA origin, double-handled jug with streaky alkaline glaze, one side featuring an applied face with teeth and brown eyes, the opposite side with serene expression, pronounced nose, and brown eyes. Incised on one side "SFPCS / Nancy Sweezy / Day / Oct 28-29, / 1994 / Cleater and Billie / Meaders". Excellent condition with in-the-firing chips to base. H 10 1/4".
