Two-Gallon Stoneware Jug, Stamped "THE P.S. CO. / YORK, PA," late 19th century, ovoid jug with squared spout, decorated with a heavily-brushed cobalt foliate motif. Strong color. Overall excellent condition: small nicks to molding at base of spout, small chip on top of spout, small stone ping to shoulder, and minor base wear.
