Six-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, Stamped "J. FISHER / LYONS," NY State origin, late 19th century, cylindrical crock with semi-rounded rim and applied lug handles, decorated with a very large brushed and slip-trailed tulip plant bearing two blossoms. Slip-trailed 6 below rim. Large inverted Y-shaped crack from rim on side of jar. Exfoliation to same side. 7" crack from rim on front.
