Rare One-Gallon Stoneware Milkpan, Stamped "E.J. MILLER / ALEXA," Alexandria, VA origin, circa 1850, tapered pan with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and pouring spout, impressed with E.J. Miller maker's mark below spout. An unusual form in Alexandria stoneware. In-the-firing chip to top of rim. Small, shallow chip to interior of rim. Diameter 10 1/2".
