One-Gallon Stoneware Jar, Stenciled "HAMILTON & JONES / GREENSBORO, PA," circa 1875, ovoid jar with semi-rounded rim, decorated with a stenciled flower between the stenciled pottery firm name. 3 1/2" spidering surface line extending up from base on reverse. Faint surface line on underside. 2" Y-shaped surface line near base.
