Two Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Jars, American, second half 19th century, both of similar cylindrical form and swag decoration, one of Baltimore, MD origin, the other of Strasburg, VA origin. Rim chips to shorter jar. Taller jar with a large chip on underside at edge, and a 5" inverted Y-shaped line from rim. H (of shorter jar) 8 1/4".
