Two Pieces of Northeastern U.S. Stoneware, circa 1870, a one-gallon crock with cobalt floral decoration, stamped "F.B. NORTON & CO. / WORCESTER, MASS.," paired with a two-gallon jar with large cobalt floral decoration, stamped "C. HART & SON, / SHERBURNE, N.Y." Norton crock with significant repaint to decoration and two chips on interior of rim. Hart jar with 9" crack on reverse, a horizontal hairline at base, and a 3 1/4" x 3" group of reglued pieces at shoulder on reverse. H (of Norton crock) 9 1/4".
