Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Pitcher, Southern U.S. origin, probably Georgia, late 19th century, with appealing squat form, pinched spout, and applied handle, the surface covered in a brownish alkaline glaze. 1 1/2" chip to handle. Small in-the-firing contact mark to front. H 9".
