Two Glazed Redware Batter Pitchers, PA origin, 19th century, one with flared rim and lead-glazed surface, the other with glazed redware lid, tooled shoulder, and manganese decorated surface. Shorter example with base flake and wear to rim and spout. Lidded example with a few small chips to pitcher, as well as chips and wear to rim. Lid probably not original to pitcher. H (of shorter example) 5 3/4".
