Two Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, Northeastern U.S. origin, third quarter 19th century, a two-gallon floral-decorated jug, paired with an ovoid handled jar with cobalt leaves on the front and back. Jug with fry to cobalt, spout chips, and contact mark on side. Jar with chips on interior of rim and in-the-firing mottling to clay. H (of jug) 13 3/4".
