One-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, attributed to S. Bell & Son, Strasburg, VA, circa 1890, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated with a series of brushed swags around the shoulder. Shallow 1 1/2" rim chip with 3 1/2" hairline descending from it. Other minor rim chips. H 9 1/2".
