Three-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "M. TYLER . ALBANY / MANUFACTURER," circa 1840, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, tall collar, and applied lug handles, decorated with a slip-trailed cobalt flower. 5" inverted Y-shaped hairline on reverse. A few minor rim chips. Contact mark on reverse and below decoration. H 12".
