Glazed Redware Pitcher, American, mid 19th century, with ovoid body, flared collar, and applied handle, decorated with splashed manganese over a tannish-orange ground. Clear lead glazed surface. Base chips. Wear and chips to rim. Faint 2" line in collar. 1", 3/4", and 1/10" glaze flakes to surface. Light wear to handle. Scratches to lead glaze on surface. H 10".
