Five-Gallon Anna Pottery Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Crock, attributed to Wallace and Cornwall Kirkpatrick, Anna, IL, circa 1875, cylindrical crock with large, rounded rim, and applied lug handles, brush-decorated with distinctive Kirkpatrick quill motifs on the front. Impressed "5" at rim. Very nice condition with a 3/4" rim chip, another minor rim chip, some grease residue to surface, and some unglazed areas to surface, primarily below rim. H 13 1/2".
