Glazed Redware Spoutless Pitcher, TN origin, circa 1840-1880, ovoid pitcher with footed base, tooled shoulder, ribbed handle with doubly-depressed lower terminal, and unusual flared collar potted without a pinched spout. Surface coated in a lead-based glaze with light-orange coloration. Chips and wear to rim. Base chips. Light wear to handle. H 9 1/2".
